Credit Usage
    Credits are valid for a period of 12 months. After this  period, unused credits will expire.
Personal Identification Numbers (PIN)
    a. If your payment is successful our website will  generate a unique PIN that you will be required, when prompted, to input in  order to access our live chat services. Your PIN will appear on the screen of  your handset once your transaction has been approved, please make a note of it  for future reference. Your screen will also display a local rate number that  you will need to call and is where you can enter your PIN to access the  services.
